Friday - June 10, 2011, Anand Krishna who is the initiator of this group willing to spend his time to share with participants who attended the program. According to Anand Krishna laughing meditation is intended to access the joy of our childhood, when we see children can laugh spontaneously only by looking at a small piece of paper. Such joy we are trying to access again through laughing meditation. The joy is still there within each of us, yet we are difficult accessing it because of other emotions and stress that covered.
The program was ended after ask & question session. Anand Krishna closed the program with a lovely message "Be careful with daily life association". Then we went back to our home, ready to continue our activities with joy and happiness.
