Don't Blame Others (A Short Conversation)

The mind: “nothing is wrong with you, it’s others fault”

The buddhi:  “huh! Stop doing that”

The mind: “ I make myself comfortable for whatever happens you know”

The buddhi : “you know, whenever you point others with your fore finger, your other three fingers point back to you.  You know what does it mean? It means you must contemplate for whatever happens. Not just simply blaming for others. “

“remember the video by Bapak Anand Krishna kind of talking about this”

No problem? Nonsense

Picture taken from Google
For all of us, adult, we have problems of course with different type of them. None of us do not have it at all. For I have heard a saying that life itself is a problem so we must be clever enough to deal with it and try our best to solve it.

We will get stress if we really believe that we will not have any problem in this life.

Every day we must go out somewhere; to the office for workers; to the markets for mothers; to school and campuses for students, etc which means that there will be problem at least.

Perhaps traffic jams or facing people with different character which we do not get accustomed with. In this case we must manage ourselves not to get stress, we must have good ability to adapt ourselves in each situations we face.

Having that ability will make us survive.

Conversation in me

Trying to find sort of wise words or enlightening words. Why is that?

I do not know. But this morning when I was taking a bath there was a thought crossed my mind. Suddenly I thought about death. While rubbing my body with soap, I thought about it.

I said to myself; “When the soul leave the body, so there wil only be the body without breath. That is what we call someone die”

When I die, will I realize it?

When I die, will my soul easy to leave the body I mean no attachment. No sadness or something unnecessary?

Self-Empowerment to face life

Everything is energy, that is what I read from books written by Anand Krishna, a productive Indonesian writer which is also a spiritual activist. He also said that in one or more talkshow or discussion. Einstein also spoke the same that we live in a pool of energy. Of course we are also consist of energy.

Circle of Laughter, Accessing our Childhood Joy

Translated from an article written by Su Rahman
Too many benefits we can get from laughing ranging from relieving pain, bring happiness, overcoming fears, increasing self-confidence up to increasing our body immunity system. Laugh can reduce stress hormones such as cortisol, epinephrine (adrenaline, dopamine), it can also improve the hormon for health such as endorphins, and neurotransmitters. It increases the number of cells that produce antibodies and increasing the effectiveness of T cells thus the immune system will be better.
