On Sunday

A little girl of 14 just wake up from her deep sleep, she did not get up right away. Staring at her bedroom attic, she was wondering…

Then a firm voice made her about to jump from her white and blue bed covered by batik sheets. Ah.. she actually did not want to go out from her room. But that voice asked her to.

Like a zombie, she walked out of the room. Unwilling to do it.

“hello darling,” a young lady smiled at her lovingly.

“yes mom,” said the girl

“don’t you want to go somewhere today, with me?” that young lady which is the girl’s mother asked

The little girl and her mother lived in a small and nice house. There are some beautiful flowers and some trees in the front yard while in the back yard there is a little pond filled with gold fishes. What a lovely house. They lived just two of them since the father has passed away several months ago.

“don’t be so sad, dear,” the mother tried to temped her

“I am not sad, mom. I just do not want to go anywhere today. I think I want to spend this Sunday at home. Just at home with you,” the girl answered

“how nice you are, darling. I am so glad to hear that. Ok, let’s speand our day by having something together. But, I beg you not to refuse to go to the market near our neighborhood,”

“of course mom, for today we’ll go there but only for today,” the girl smiled

“ok, just go to the bathroom first and then sit here have your late breakfast, dear,” said the mother

The girl with pjamas made a thumbs up and go.

Ya, at that beautiful Sunday they really get together. Just two of them. Them had breakfast, did gardening, and so forth…..
